If you want an apprentice or mentor, use this form to get one::
Name: The name of your cat.
Age in Moons: The age of your cat [obviously]
Position: ...Self explanatory.
Apprentice/mentor in mind: The apprentice or mentor you want, if it applies.
Other: If there's anything else you need to say. Like if the apprentice you want is currently a kit, please say so. I could get confused if you don't, and bad things happen when Swifty is confused.
Example::
Name: Swiftstar
Age in Moons: 24
Position: Leader
Apprentice in mind: Uhmmm, Ribbonpaw [who does not exist.]
Other: ...Nothing else.
