The changed leader had leapt onto the rock with a new sense of frightening joy, and evil intent, it seemed. Her own silver pelt, with which she kept clean with a reverence of a proud cat now lay neglected, sagging off of her body almost like it didn't belong there. It had collected too much debris than socially allowed, although no one would tell off the leader, she had thought. Moss, flecked her pelt as if it had been embedded in it from StarClan. Twigs and stuff lay trapped in her belly fur, twisting until it was almost impossible to remove. Mud streaked the sides of Crystalstar's formerly shining fur, until she was almost unrecognizable. Her claws always were out now, and the made a loud clacking noise as she ran up the rock, not with the former grace that she used to have, but the burly gait of an evil cat who had risen to power by trickery, deceit, and not caring for anyone. The lynx stood on the rock, not looking proudly beneath her as she usually did, while surveying the crowd with her familiar warmth, but standing tall, an evil grin plastered sneakily on her face. But the change in her posture, her attitude, and her appearance wasn't the worst part of the new Crystalstar. Her eyes were. Once warm, happy pools of blazing silver, ready to fight with the power of fire and water combined to keep her Clan safe and happy, were now replaced with cruel, harsh reds. Evil colors, that seemed to swirl amongst themselves, the darker red shades mixing with the light even as you looked on. You couldn't see the evil cat sitting behind the eyes, even if you tried. That would've made the game too easy, if someone could guess the puzzle. Even though she knew that the Clan could easily turn on her. It would destroy the silver lynx and everything she had worked for, and her leopard friend, although she was sufficiently in her own personal hole of suffering. The new Crystalstar had made sure of that, however willingly. Still, throughout the bad deed she had committed, she stood tall, tail lashing behind her, grinning as she watched the Clan bustle about beneath her. And she smiled. The plan was working perfectly, almost too easily. RiverClan boasted about being able to put up a fight, but it seemed they were all bark and no bite. She had no shame it seemed in what she had become. It was as if she had been waiting for it for her whole life, even more. Standing proudly, she unleashed a yowl that was so awful, so hideous, so unfitting for the former Crystalstar, but seemingly perfect for the new one. Awful yellow teeth seemed to punctuate the summoning, and she carried on her yowl, bringing it into words.
"Come! All RiverClan cats! To gather underneath this stone is my bidding! There is now news that must be shared, so come with haste!" [/sup]

Redmist's head shot up at his leaders call and his ears pricked up in curiosity. He was in the warriors den, sitting in his moss bed while he smoothed down his fur. The ginger tom stood up and shook his entire body, leaving the moss to fall in a rush to the ground where they lay scattered. With his light green eyes sparkling with interest, he padded out of the den only to stop dead in his tracks. Crystalstar looked horrible. Her pelt fluffed up, eyes looking so menacing ... It sent shivers down his strong spine. Redmist quickly ran up to where his leader was position and bent his head to her ear. "Are you alright, Crystalstar?" He demanded in a whisper. From:: Animal I Have Become Sunstream padded wearily into camp. Her amber eyes dull and sad. Her normaly bright and beautiful pelt was ragged and without color. If she didn't have fur her skin would be pale. She looked horribly sick. Maybe she would see Featherleaf sometime soon. Sighing she sat down next to Redmist. Then she laid down and put her head on her paws. Every thought she had was either of his face or nything else about him. Oh Whitedawn. he thought then shook her head and gulped. He would be back. She tried to convince herself it was true. It wasn't working so well. Then she pushed Whitedawn to the back of her head and looked up at her leader.
"Crystalstar?" she mumbled to herself confused for a moment. Her leader was well, ugly... but not just evil looking. Red eye and ragged fur. The menacing look in her eyes sent chills through the ginger tabbys pelt. This wasn't the Crystalstar she had seen this morning. Sunstream wondered what she would announce, then she looked at Redmist for a quick moment through the corner of her eyes, he was staring at Crystalstar also. Then she looked away hoping he hadn't noticed her staring at him. Nothing imparticular she just didn't want to be rude. Then he went up to Crystalstar and she decided to go also, and back him up or just ak the same thing. Swiftly she went up to where the two RiverClanner were standing.

And there he was, bruised and battered, stepping through camp. He heard his leaders' demanding howl immediatly, and sat beneath the rock. Whats her problem.. he thought, making a face. Looking at Redmist speak to the crazy, evil-looking Crystalstar, then to Sunstream, and his small, stiched on smile, seemed to fade. He turned away immediatly, he didn't feel like talking to her.

Stormpaw ran from the apprentice's den as fast as she could when she heard Crystalstar call a Clan gathering. The leader looked different then normal. Almost evil looking, menacing. It sort of scared Stormpaw. Stormpaw sat down near the base of the rock, alone. She looked up at her leader, waiting for the important news that Crystalstar wanted to share with the Clan.

As Sunstream awaited Crystaltar's answer she saw more cats come and she narrowed her eyes to see. Then she saw the familier white pelt and inhaled deeply. Then she exhaled and took her place next to him. "Where were you?!" she said only loud enough for him to hear.

FROM;; Trouble With [Hunting] Shadepaw gleefully bounded into camp, a limp fish hanging in his jaws. He quickly raced over to the fresh-kill pile and added the fish to the pile when he heard his leader's harsh yowl. He then quickly, but quietly, padded over next to Stormpaw and sat down next to his fellow apprentice. He acknoledged her with a brisk nod, then looked up at his leader. What he saw almost made him gasp. This wasn't the cat he knew! Her pelt was ragged and filthy. Her eyes were red, very different from the familiar silver. Her pelt was dappled with bits of moss and twigs stuck out of her matted belly fur. What happened to her? Shadepaw thought to himself. He watched silently, something quite unnormal for him, and waited to see what Crystalstar had to say.

A snarl came from the warriors throat. "Whats it to you?" He asked, flicking his tail viciously. Not in the mood, not in the mood "Crystalstar! What it this?!" He growled from the crowd of cats, His emerald eyes glowed with hate against her. Cherrysky must've been close to the leader.. [Ack lol. Don't have anything against me for my cat being sour, its his personaility =D]

"Enough! You have no right to speak to your leader that way!" Crystalstar snarled fiercely, loud enough for Redmist to hear, and the assembled cats below, if they strained. "Go take your place beneath the rock!" She jabbed at the air below with her tail, and glared, no, growled at her warrior until he consented. "And you have no right to know whether I'm alright or not! That is MY business and MINE ALONE!!!" She spat, to the whole Clan below. Her now fearsome frame assumed an upright position once more, after commanding her warrior around. Her long, sharp claws scratched against the stone beneath her, creating an awful sound that no cat could bear, RiverClan or ShadowClan both. Her red eyes flashed like filthy rubies, and her teeth no longer gleamed in the sun as she smiled, or, well, grimaced down at the cats she claimed to love. Crystalstar herself had been beaten, and now lay, defeated, in a desolate corner of her own mind, sadly watching the destruction of her Clan, and everything she knew and loved. The wind above the cats grew stronger, whipping debris around, and dark storm clouds hovered over their heads ominously.
"Cats of RiverClan!" The voice unfamiliar to their ears screeched down with a cruel authority that shook Crystalstar to the bone. "Change has come to RiverClan. I am now in charge of everything that goes around the camp. Not just leading it, but organizing the smallest patrols, and giving out rations of fresh-kill. Every patrol must bring back at least two times their number in fresh-kill, and leave it on the pile. If any cat has eaten anything on the patrol, you will be punished. If any decision is made by anyone other than myself, they will be punished. Do you understand?!" She did not give her Clan any time to respond before she launched into the second part of her speech. "Cherrysky has been banished from RiverClan for being a traitor to our Clan. If I catch her scent on you at any time you will be punished, maybe even banished. If you see the cat on our territory, you must KILL HER AT ONCE."
And without hearing her Clan's reaction, she stalked off, away from the outraged cats, but not before adding this: "No one shall disturb me in my den now. Only if a decision must be made." [/sup]

What!? thought Shadepaw with a soft gasp. Crystalstar was definately not herself. She used to be a friendly cat, this cat—whoever she was—was definately not Crystalstar, and never would be. A low growl formed deep in his throat as his supposed-leader disappeared into Crystalstar's den. He then stalked over to his mentor, Redmist. "What was that about?" he asked his mentor with a glance towards the leader's den.

Sunstream flinched at Whitedawns words and was about to snap back before Crystalstar started talking. No it wasn't Crystalstar, it was some insane, evil, red-eyed cat. A low growl sounded in the warriors throught as her leader went on. Then she mentioned Cherrysky. But not the Cherrysky Sunstream knew but instead a traitor, and to murder her if in sight. Sunstreams growl became louder, and she could tell everyone around her was as mad, and suprised as she was.

Arrowheart padded foreword wearily. Her belly bulged and her head ached, but she knew her Clan needed her, apparently Crystalstar was having a mental meltdown. "Crystalstar?" The pretty queen meowed. She saw Redmist and smiled a soft blushing smile to him. She knew she loved him, she just wasn't sure if she didn't love Soaringflame. No, I think I still do.

Whitedawn turned his emerald gaze toward Sunstream, shaking his head. He noticed many others cats around him. Arrowheart, Redmist, Shadepaw. He smiled. I admit. I like being a warrior, I love RiverClan but I don't know; do I want to do this? Do I want to live here. I mean; is this the place for me?
He scraped the ground sadly thinking of family; of Maplekit, his sister. Of Snowpetal, his mother. And Hauntwing his father. "I don't need him; I don't need you Hauntwing" he murmured coldly. He was speaking to thin air; but not really. His father. That is who he spoke to. Who he saw. Who he hated. Whitedawn wasn't crazy nor normal, he was a creature something evil, horrible. He chased Cherrysky from RiverClan. What cat would do that kind of thing. "Who cares"

[Sorry, wrong account]
Redmist expelled all other thoughts fromm his mind and focused only on Crystalstar's actions. The normally kind, sweet tabby warrior was being so aggressive, and her movements were bunchy. Her body was giving off a sheen of irritation and silent sorrow. The tom bowed his ginger head, waiting for her to speak again. 'Go take your place beneath the rock! And you have no right to know whether I'm alright or not! That is MY business and MINE ALONE!!!' Pure horror racked through Redmist's body at his leaders harsh words. Why was she being so forceful? This was her family she was yelling at, why was she yelling like this?
The ginger tom barely heard what she said until: 'Cherrysky has been banished from RiverClan for being a traitor to our Clan. If I catch her scent on you at any time you will be punished, maybe even banished. If you see the cat on our territory, you must KILL HER AT ONCE.' Kill Cherrysky? The strong willed she-cat that every cat in RiverClan loved? He was choking back a responce of pure fury. "But, Crystalstar - " His leader was gone before Redmist could finish his sentence. With a sigh, he followed her inside, determined to find out what this was about.

Shadepaw watched as Redmist disappeared into the leader's den as well. 'Probably just going to find out the answer to my question' he thought to himself. He turned slightly and padded off. He set his pawsteps off towards the apprentice den where one of his friends would be waiting. TO;; Where ever
