Ribbonkit glanced back and forth before exiting out through a small whole in the nursery barrier. He bounded through a patch of heather and stopped beside the river. "Wooow..." he murmured to himself. His wide-eyes gazed across the magnificent sheet of water. He padded slowly up to the water then placed a paw in it. "Oh!" he cried, jumping back. He shook his paw and icy droplets of water flew everywhere. "Brrr!" He shook out his pelt then padded back to the water. He took a deep breath, then plunged into the frosty water. He paddled powerfully to the other side and shook out his pelt once more, then continued on his way.
