Sunpaw ran accross Windclan camp panting and trying to ignore all the attrention she was getting from the Windclan cats, along with the nonwelcoming attention. She immediatly ran to the medicine cats den her heart bounding in her chest. She yelled "SPEAKLEDFEATHER!" without waiting for a responce she enetered the den her eyes peeled for any sign of movment. The cut n her head was bleeding again and hurt but nit as much as if she were acctualy paying attention to it, she hafd more imporant things to worry about for once.

^{Shocked out of her sleep, Speckledfeather jolted upright. "What's wrong, Sunpaw?" Even though Sunpaw was from another Clan, she liked the young apprentice. Peering closer, she noticed a long gash on the apprentice's head. "Great StarClan! You're hurt!" Speckledfeather ran to the back of the den, and emerged with cobwebs. She pressed them gently on the cat's wound, and then sat down. "Is everything all right at camp? Does anyone else need help?" Speckledfeather wasn't stupid, she knew that their own Medicine Cat had gone missing. Without waiting for an answer, she ran back and gathered her own herbs, and waited for the apprentice.}

Sunpaw eyes widened when she saw Speackledfeather. "I'm fine!" she said pulling away from Specklefeather "Its Crystalpool and Swiftstar and Cherrysky that need help! The badger were attacking and I got a cut but Im fine they need you! We cant fond our Medicine Cat!" Sunpaw wasn't yeeling but talking fast and in aloud way. Sunpaw liked Speckledfeather, she was kind. Her tail flicked back and forth unpatiently as she waited for Speckledfeather.

Flamestar rushed in the den and looked around. "Whats wrong" he asked, anxiously.

^{"Badger attack in RiverClan. It's over, but they can't find their medicine cat. I'm going over to help" SHe mewed without looking at Flamestar, but pressing her cobwebs on Sunpaw. "Lead the way"}

Flamestar hesitated knowing that it was dangerous to have the medicine cat gone with badgers around but the badgers were in another clan territory so they had to help. "Should I come with you" Flamestar suggested. "I could put Ivorystone in charge of cam with some stromg warriors, I could call Bloodwind and Bladepaw back from their training" Flamestar was anxious, it was bad for any clan to have badgers invading. He thought of their ancestors and leader Firestar when they had a badger invasion, Windclan came to help.

^{At this point, Speckledfeather turned around, green eyes latching onto the leader's blue gaze. Her eyes softened as she mewed, "I'm not entirely helpless. Besides, RiverClan isn't empty - if there are badgers around, the others will fend them off, myself as well if I am needed." Speckledfeather had never gone to another Clan to heal before, but was ready to now. "Increasing the patrols along the RiverClan WindClan border would be okay to do though." Smiling, she gently flicked her tail, hitting Flamestar's front elbow lightly. "I'm ready Sunpaw."}

Sunpaw saw how Speckledfeather shopwed affection for Flamestar and was suspicious for a moment and then Speckledfetaher said she was ready. "Good lets go!" she said and started to walk out of the den.

Flamestar watched them go but before he noticed the suspicion in Sunpaw's eye as she watched Speckledfeather's affection for him and his eyes darkened. What had she thought? But he ignored his thoughts and padded out of the den in search of Ivorystone to tell the deputy to increase the patrols at the Windclan/Riverclan border.
