she couldn't go to sleep, not because of sadness, but more of aggrivatedness. twilightstar had had this overwhelming rage going through her that just wouldn't go away. she always felt like she was being watched or that someone was plotting against her. she just wasn't herself! the femcat padded lightly out of her den, warily glancing around into the night. she sat just a few fox tails away from the entrance, feeling dirt and pine needles under her.
twilightstar gazed up at the stars, a soft sigh escaping her trembling lips as she felt so vulnerable and afraid. starclan, what have i done? i want to be normal, i don't want to be so cruel and afraid. the she-cat prayed to her ancestors as a shooting star lit the beautiful night sky. she thought about her life; shadowclan's life. the population was quickly decreasing and spiralrain was now the medicine cat. lonehowl was no longer a part of the everyday routine, he was gone. it was depressing that so many were slipping away, not always to go forever literally, but they just weren't themselves.
she closed her eyes, trying to calm herself but the pain came in waves now, pulsing down her body. she shook; afraid, and slowly it ebbed away. a small thump, thump steadied itself inside of twilightstar's sleek black skull until barely noticable. what could get her out of this? she thought of nothing as she sat watching the stars.

Whispersong
"....And you wait for me Ever so patiently Yeah, you're everything I've ever dreamed of having and It's everything I need from you just knowing that you wait for me..." [/size] The young she-cat looked at the sky as she came into the clearing known at the ShadowClan camp. Her forest green eyes followed the star that flew across the sky landing somewhere far far away. Then the ginger she-cats eyes landed on a figure sitting just outside of the leaders den. Whispersongs gaze looked straight at her face from the shadows, and the leaders expression told anyone who saw it I'm mad so go away. The ginger cat stopped for a moment, thinking if it would be okay to ask what's wrong, and she padded up the small ramp leading to the den, taking a seat a tail length away from the black furred leader.
Her head bowed in respect, Whispersong spoke in her deep wise sounding voice, something a cat her age wouldn't have this early in their lifetime mewed quietly," Something is wrong, and don't try to tell me there isn't anything, because I can tell." Whispersong looked around camp, noticing from each den, a small chill swept through her everytime she turned to one, almost telling her there was hardly anyone in them.
