A silver figure slunk through ThunderClan territory undetected. The shadows of the forest hiding her from sight. But when she came into the open her pelt shone silver in the moonlight. Bellrose made her way to the Moonpool, on the lookout for anyone who might see her. She walked down the stone that has pawprint dents in it. Then she sat down, awaiting a certain ariaval. ((Cruddy post, I know.))

Hey there Delilah What's it like in New York City? The night was bitter, a brittle breeze tugged at Spiralrain's fur, forcing him back to the ShadowClan camp with the lightest tug. He breathed deeply before stopping, churning his paws in the damp ground of ThunderClan territory, and racing forward. He felt exhilarated, not only because he was going to meet the love of his life at the Moonpool after waiting for so long to do so, but because the speed on firm ground was much more so than on the damp ground on ShadowClan territory. The light-set tabby breathed in, then stopped when he reached the rock tumble. Carefully, the medicine cat took it paw and a time, then stepped into the paw steps embedded into the dirt, left by cats many generations ago. Stepping into their steps always made him feel so light headed, Spiralrain closed his eyes until he reached the end of the trail, then smiled. "Bellrose," He whispered, seeing his love. He raced forward, seeing her tabby shape among the glowing briar at the Moonpool. The medicine cat stopped next to her, and touched his nose to her ear-tip in affectionate greeting, smile still wide. "I missed you, how have you been?" I'm a thousand miles away But girl, tonight you look so pretty Yes you do

When he arrived she wanted to jump with joy and purr louder than ever, but something called common sence told her otherwise. The silver she-cat sighed. "Fine. How have you?" she asked, clearly glad he was here but stressed as her voice crackled. Dangit... must of caught Irisbreeze's cough. Her inside expressions could not be seen on her face, for she smiled instead. Butterflies swallowed her stomache almost wanting to make her hurl. But she didn't. "Heard you are full-medicine cat now." she said, happy he got upgraded but sad for she wondered what happened to Lonehowl.

Times Square can't shine as bright as you I swear it's true
Spiralrain was hurt at her formal responce. They were medicine cats, yes. But medicine cats that were alone. They coudl be as silly as they wanted, go swimming in the moonpool if they wanted to, jump around and yowl their souls out. She sighed, and Spiralrain visibly controlled himsef. He looked away from her, into the stars. Fine, he thought. I'll play by her rules this time. Until I get bored. He fought back a snicker. 'Fine. How have you?' "Good." He told her, tail twitching at the edge of the pool. Her voice cracked, but he pretended not to notice. Why couldn't it be the same as when they were apprentices? Less responsibility, and all that junk. Spiralrain sighed, life was complicated like that. 'Heard you are full-medicine cat now.' He looked at her now, the blank look in his brown eyes easily recongnized. "Yup, Lonehowl up and died one day." he turned away again, pretending to be uninterested.

There will be no rules tonight. If there were we'd break 'em. The wind whistled through the trees. Her blue eyes stared at Spiralrain. He wasn't good at hiding disappointment. "Good." So he would go along, she saw the grumpiness. "Yup, Lonehowl up and died one day." she watched him look away. Breathing in she couldn't help but let out a little laugh. Then when she couldn't hold it in any longer she almost fell into the Moonpool. "You you really thought I would act dull at a time like this!" she said cracking up. After a while she stopped and sniffled. Then she stood up, looking at his deep brown eyes. "I- this- none of it could be boring, not with you." Sighing, she exhaled unevenly. The butterflies came back, along with some fear. Bellrose was giving in to her heart now. Just tell him! This is wrong! Tell him now! Easier said than done. No no, Bellrose this is wrong stop it right now. He loves you run away with him! It was like there were two different cats screaming in her ears and right now. And she was leaning towards the second one. Ow ow, headache. It was all so confusing. Whatever all of it was. She put her paw on her head and whimpered slightly. "Fox-dunged headache." Blue eyes widened and she put her paw on her mouth. "Uhh... you didn't hear that." she looked down. "Idiot." she murmured to herself. Take my heart I'll take your hand, as we're falling under. Spiralrain felt like dying. The cat he loved didn't seem to love him any more, and as he felt the breeze ruffle his pelt he breathed a sigh, letting the feeling ripple through his body without hesitance. Suddenly, he heard a laugh, he pricked his ears, alarmed, and turned. Bellrose was chuckling over the Moonpool, looking blissful in the joyous melody. 'You you really thought I would act dull at a time like this!' Alright, now he was confused. If she wasn't well, acting restricted towards him, then ... Spiranrain let out a yowl of confusion. He couldn't figure her out. His yowl echoed off the cliffs of the Moonpool, shaking. 'I- this- none of it could be boring, not with you.' The ShadowClan medicine cat sighed, and took a deep breath. Confusing, confusing, confusing, he thought. "Bellrose, . . . " He breathed.
His love started to whimper, and appeared to be in some pain. What, why? He wondered. 'Fox-dunged headache. Uhh... you didn't hear that. Idiot.' Now, it was his turn. The brown tabby tom chuckled under his breath, and padded forward with a smile. He licked the crown of her head and looked into her deep blue eyes, milky brown to blue, what a contrast. "Bellrose, you are a mouse-brain, and always will be." He murmured, trying to put on a stern face. He failed miserably. It was a mix between love, pain, and amusement. "But you're mine, and as well you may be a mouse-brain, like your love you will hopefully always be mine." He touched his nose to hers, bliss, he thought, bliss.

All of the wasted time The hours that were left behind The answers we'll never find Looking into his brown eyes she decided he'd really meant it. Then their noses touched and she flinched but didn't move. After a few seconds of harmony she backed up and searched his eyes. I love you, too."And I don't know why... It was dead silent for a moment. "Sooo... ummmm..." She sat down. "Yeah..." She looked down and shuffled her paws. Then she looked back into his brown eyes that glistened in the sunlight. His fur was a perfect shade of milky brown with black spots. Sighing she looked down. It wasn't like she didn't know every second she was here was bad. She did. What she didn't do was care. Well, she did care, about him. But right now that was it.
They dont mean a thing tonight.
