Stormfrost stretched out, letting out a small yawn before heading out from her den. She went into the clearing and glanced around. The trouble they had with the badgers had not been way too long ago, but everything had seemed to go back to normal. I'll have to restock on herbs later today, she told herself. Stormfrost went over to the fresh kill pile and picked up a small vole before heading over to an area in the clearing to eat.

//;; Just live your Life A slender sandy colored she-cat popped out of the warriors den. With Whitedawn being gone, she knew nothing was the same. The clan desperately needed a new deputy, to fullfill the duties. Right now Dawnlight knew she should be organizing a hunting patrol, but she was still tired from being on the last one. She then spotted a slender silver figure, and smiled. It was her medicine cat, Stormfrost. She quickly padded up to the young she-cat, her eyes glowing, and meowed "Good Morning, Stormfrost! Anything you would like help with?" Dawnlight knew she couldn't help much, because of her duties, but she tried anyway, being the way she was. She sat there waiting for Stormfrost, and flicked her tail happily. |

"Good Morning, Stormfrost! Anything you would like help with?" Danwlight meowed. Her tail was flicking happily back and forth. Stormfrost smiled. She dipped her head to Dawnlight, and responded. "Good morning, Dawnlight. I'm going to be heading out to collect herbs soon. I would love help if your not busy with your warrior duties. I should call my apprentice to help to if she's here." Stormfrost took another bite of her vole, wondering if Breezepaw was even awake yet.

Dawnlight tilted her head to the side, and smiled. She wasnt always around to help Stormfrost, and she knew that Breezepaw was not always awake to help her early in the morning anyway. The ginger- colored she cat streached, and mewed "Of course Im not busy. Uness Crystalstar says so, then I do as I'm told." She gave a quick nod to Stormfrost. She then meowed "I haven't saw Breezepaw yet, so if you need help I'm still more than willing. We need to restock anyway after the badger attack on the camp."
Dawnlight remembered that night. It was close to sunset, and the badgers poured in knocking kits,queens,apprentices, anything they could get their paws on out of their way. She wondered why the badgers would attack Riverclan. Dawnlight understood to a certain point them wanting more territory, but to invade the clan cat's space seemed to trouble her. Stormfrost did her best also to keep everyone safe. She admired the medicine cat's talents, and knew she'd never be able to handle the stress of being responsible for someones life. She didn't ever like to see a clan mate die, and she knew it must be hard on Stormfrost to watch the elders, and sickly kits die in front of her. She did her best, but not everyone makes it. Dawnlight knew the vicious cycle of life. It was terrible for her to picture her mother, dead in the middle of the camp. She tried not to be a ball of emotions, but it was harder not to. At that point her mom was in a better place, and she knew Starclan would save her.
Dawnlight then smiled, and looked at Stormfrost waiting for her to call her apprentice or something. She was ready to help. |

I'm going to call Breezepaw real quick." She smiled, "The more cats, the more herbs we can carry."
Stormfrost finished her vole with another bite and told Dawnlight she would be right back. She padded over to the apprentence's den and called Breezepaw's name. "Breezepaw, I'm heading down to the river to collect some herbs. Come down when your ready." She meowed in the den. Stormfrost then walked back to Dawnlight. "If your ready we can go." She smiled. "My apprentence should be there shortly."

Ivorykit paded out of the quiet nursery and into the rustling camp. Stretching out her body, she looked around the camp. She could see many cats, some of them cleaning themselves with their bristly tounge and some talking with eachother. "If your ready we can go." Ivorykit heard Stormfrost speak to Dawnlight. I wonder where they are going. Maybe they will let me come with them. Probably not... But then again there is no reason not to try. Ivorykit gave her chest a couple of swift licks, shook herself, and walked over to Stormfrost. "I want to come!" Ivorykit obviously did not know or care where the medicine cat and the warrior were going but she wanted to go no matter what. It was boring in camp and all she got to do was chase mossballs. Okay, I really need to get out of this camp. I am getting covered in boringness. I will put my 'please' face on and maybe that will get me a better chance. Ivorykit looked at Stormfrost with pleading eyes.

Dawnlight let out a prrow of amusement. She admired the kits adventureness. Looking at the small kit she mewed softly, "You'll have to wait untill youre older. I don't want to lose a kit all because shes too curious." She gave the kit a quick lick over the ear, and looked back at Stormfrost, her eyes shining with joy. She looked at the silver cat and mewed "Kits. I love them, but they are way too curious for their own good." Dawnlight then looked around, and meowed, "Well I guess I can't blame her. There isn't much to do around camp. Even I know that. Kits need something to do. This little one would probably love to at least explore the outside world a bit. I suppose it wouldn't harm us to take her down close to the river. Although she has to promise not to try to jump in, and keep quiet that we even let her go with us." She smiled. Sometimes Dawnlight wondered what her kitlife would have been had her mother not died. |

Ivorykit's eyes lit up with joy. "I will be the best kit ever and I will not jump in and I will try to be quiet and I will do exactly as you say!" Ivorykit was so reliever that she would get to go out into the humungous forest and see the river. I wonder how big it is. the adventerous kit thought to herself. Maybe I will see some fish! It then occured to her that her mother might freak out if she was not there. "What about my mother. Who will tell her where I am?" Ivorykit looked from Stormfrost to Dawnlight.

[Hope you don't mind me joining in... I don't have many places to rp with Horizon xD]
From the side of Stormfrost's den, two multicolored eyes watched the conversation with interest. Ivorykit was going to be allowed outside of the camp!? The small ginger and white kit sighed wistfully. I wish I could go outside of the camp too... They probably wouldn't let her go though- there was already one kit tagging along. Her gaze drifted to the ground, feeling very unwanted and small. Maybe if she had been more outspoken and social, it would be her that was going outside of the camp with the medicine cat. Horizonkit had always liked the medicine cats... even though she would never say anything.
"What about my mother. Who will tell her where I am?" The small kit's ears perked up at Ivorykit's comment. Who would do that? Stormfrost and Dawnlight probably wanted to get a move on, telling Ivorykit's mother would slow them down. I could do it... The thought of speaking up after sitting in silence for so long made Horizon nervous. Would they get mad at her for eavesdropping? She didn't mean too... she had been here before they arrived.
Taking in a small breath, the ginger and white kit peaked around the side of the den. "I could tell her, if you want Ivory..." Horizonkit mewed in a quiet voice. Her shoulders and head were all hunched back, like she was waiting to be reprimanded for something. Maybe that wasn't such a good idea. Maybe she'll get mad at me. It was too late now, she had already spoken up. Sigh. Why hadn't she just stayed by the side of the den?

Stormfrost smiled at the young kits. "It's okay, Horizonkit. Ivorykit's mother would probably rather hear from one of us that we will be watching after her. Since Ivorykit is coming, why don't you come with us? I know your not usually supposed to go out as kits, but I also remember how boring it is to be stuck in camp all day." She smiled at the two kits, then turned her gaze to Dawnlight. "Would you go tell their mothers' we are going to go on a small walk outside of camp? We will wait until you get back to leave, right Ivorykit and Horizonkit?" She flicked her tail over both of the young kit's heads. "You both know that you will have to listen to what we say. And you two have to stay in our sight at all time. Understand?" She explained to the kits as friendly as she could.

Feeling more energized than in her whole entire life, Ivorykit meowed, "Of course! I will do anything you say!" Then she turned to Horizonkit. "You are coming with me! This is going to be soo much fun!" Ivorykit started jumping up and down with excitement. Every cat in the camp was staring at Ivorykit like she was crazy but Ivorykit did not even notice. I'm going out of camp! I'm going out of camp! Berrykit isn't coming either!
