On her website, Vicky Holmes said that StarClan has no leader, deputy, or medicine cat. Each cat stays loyal to his or her own Clan.

That's really only for the Website part of this site. When anyone rps with their StarClan cherrie, they don't have positions or anything (unless they were a past medicine cat or something, then they mention that).
