Job Descriptions

Ok so for right now, there are only going to be a couple types of jobs (since the site is still sort of small). There are only going to be a couple of openings for a particular job. I will be the only one accepting applications. I want to make sure I get only trustworthy and reliable people. If I don't choose you, please don't be offended. It just means that I don't think you are up to fit the job.

There are only a couple of openings for each job. This, again, is because of our numbers. The numbers may increase as we get new members so keep an eye on this list if you really want one job. Copy the code below after reading through the job explanations and create a new thread. Label the new thread [Your cherrie's name]~[The position you would like]

~You job is to make the new members feel welcomed. If you see a new member make an account, pm them and welcome them to the site.

~You have to be friendly and have patients. Some of these people may have never heard of rping or even warriors. You can answer their basic questions (ex. where are the rules? How do I make a character?)

~ If they start asking a lot of questions or harder questions (ex. I don't understand how to make a bio. I don't understand how to rp), you should give them the username and link to a Help Assistant. It's not your job to answer these types of questions, but you must be friendly when telling them this. Be tactful and sympathetic. We were all new members at one point in time.

::Help Assistant::[/b]

~You are the brains behind the machine. You answer all of the difficult, and sometimes not so difficult, questions any member may have.

~You, like the Greeter, must be patient. This is crucial for this position! I need you to be able to deal with any type of person or situation.

~ You can't have a temper or be apathetic. You must always be nice and tactful when dealing with the new members and even the old ones.

~You must know the rules, rping tactics, and the site by heart. You need to be ready to answer any question anyone may have, from something about the warriors books to something about the site.

::Peace-Keeper::[/b]

~You are exactly what your name suggests. You keep the peace on the site. If a fight is ever to break out, you are responsible to calm it down in a non-biased, firm yet friendly manner.

~If a fight does break out in the cbox or somewhere on the site, your first job is to calm it down. The second thing you do is report details back to me. I want to know who started it, what it was about, and any other details that are vital to the decision I will make. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! I will be taking action immediately if someone gets into a fight, whether it's just a guest messing with the site or two of our members getting into a fight.

~This job entitles a lot of trust, so I need to know and be able to trust you 100%. Don't take it personally if I say no, it just means I think you're not exactly fit for the position.

~You will have the password to the cbox. It is EXTREMELY important that you do not give or change the password. This is also a reason I need to know that I can trust you.

~The reason I will be giving you the password to the cbox is because if a serious fight breaks out and you cannot control it, you can log into the cbox account and ban that person from the cbox. You will also have the ability to ban members from the site for a limited amount of time. Again, I need to know that I can trust you with this responsibility.

~Your job is to create new and stylish layouts for the site. I'm open to any new ideas! And I would love to hear about them

~ You will have access to the skins of the site (the layout) so I need to be able to trust that you won't massacre the ones I created already.

~No profanity or foul language. It's obvious, but I'm saying it anyways. YOU CANNOT USE PROFANE IMAGES OR LANGUAGE WHEN CREATING SKINS. Failure to do this will result in a suspension from the site plus a removal of your position.

~All skins must be reviewed and inspected by me before officially going up on the site. I will most likely approve of them, unless there are things that really need to be fixed (ex. I can't read the text XD or the colors are way to bright/dark and hurt my eyes)
