Leaders:: You're job is one of the most important, which is the reason I need to trust you guys so much. And, so far, all of you have not disappointed me 
You guys are my main helpers around the site. You do ceremonies, help keep your clan moving smoothly and set an example for the rest of your clan. If you see someone who hasn't been very active in your clan, point out a couple threads they could join. You help out with the mentor/apprentice lists (this is not your main job, it is the deputy's) and make sure that all of the updates anyone may need are taken care of. You also accept your clan's bios (and only your clan's bios) along with the deputy. In certain situations (like you are in a leader ceremony or something else important), you are allowed to be in two places at once.
Deputies:: You are just as important as the leaders, so don't think you don't have an important position on the site. You are to set an example to the other members, encourage them to be more active. However, you're most important job is to keep the Mentor/Apprentice list up to date. It's a huge responsibility because the Mentors and the apprentices are the core of any warriors rpg site. It's what people get active for! If they have someone else to rp with them, they're more likely to log on. This is solely your job (with a little help from your leader or me every now and then). You are not allowed to be in two places at once.
Medicine cats:: You guys sort of have it easier then the leaders and deputies but, don't think that means you do nothing! You set an example for the members and keep tabs on the Create-a-Family board. Most of all, if anyone is in need of a medicine cat in your clan, you are the only one that can respond. And, under certain situations like the leaders (medicine cat gatherings or something really important), you are allowed to be in two places at once.
