Sapphirestar aknowledged Peachpelt's goodbye and let her gaze follow the patrol until it was at the thorn tunnel. She turned to the two apprentices, mischief glittering in the depths of her sapphire eyes. "Oh my, now you two are stuck with me. And on a hunting patrol. How bad can this situation be for you two little minions?" Her tail's point bounced playfully from side to side, an amused smile lifting the corners of her mouth slightly.

Lionflame dipped his golden head to the leader and followed Peachpelt. "Coming, Sirensong?" he called over his shoulder. He gazed at the sky where dawn was rapidly weaning into morning.

[You guys may have a while before you see her....she still needs to see Crystalstar as a last good-bye. I will try to pick up the pace with my posts  ] Amberpaw chuckled slightly and rolled her topaz eyes. "Yes, what will we do?," She replied, turning to Sapphirestar. The sarcasm in her voice was a little thicker then usual...mostly because of her irritation early with that robin. The robin... Her gaze turned back to the robin over her mentor's shoulder, the fur rising on the back of her shoulders slightly. "Can we get a move on please?," She growled. "That bird needs to go...now." The playful mocking of the robin continued to ring in the apprentice's ears, making her eyes narrow challengingly. I don't care if I'm still sore from the badgers... The mocking would stop, one way or another. |

Autumnpaw trotted a bit over-enthusiastically over to Sapphirestar and Amberpaw. She was excited at the prospect that she could make friends with Amberpaw, an apprentice she didn't get to hang out with very much. The apprentice took a deep breath to calm herself and smiled at her leader and fellow apprentice. "Oh, we minions have minds of our owns!" Autumnpaw purred playfully and she aimed a paw to playfully bat Sapphirestar. |

She spaced, that was it. For some reason, she couldn't hear, feel see, anything around her. Lucky for her, Lionflame brought her back to reality with nothing less then dizzyness. 'Coming, Sirensong?' "Huh?" The light silver tabby absent mindedly called to the large tom cat. Jerking her head over to him, she forced a smile and padded over to him with a nod to Saphirestar. "Okay, let's go." She swung her tail around to meet her chest, and padded onward, out into the forest.

Peachpelt padded out of the camp, and raced away towards the RiverClan border, she glanced behind her to check the others were coming.

Sapphirestar lifted a paw just in time to miss Autumpaw's playful swipe. She absent-mindedly folowed Amberpaw's gaze, which was riveted to the robin. She laughed inwardly."Amberpaw, you have the permission to try to catch that robin. But I have to warn you that if you fail, there will be heavy concequences." like having to endure me in a training session as well as a patrol. Sapphirestar sat down. If Autumnpaw wanted to attack, now was the time; the leader's gaze was hazy as she looked expectantly at Amberpaw.

Amberpaw's gaze flickered to Sapphirestar, an impish grin on her face. "More training I'm guessing?," She replied, her topaz eyes trying to stay focused on the conversation. But no matter how hard she tried to concentrate, her eyes seemed to flicker back to the robin with a deadly gaze. That song was getting so annoying!!! So umbearibly annoying... "That's it!," She growled, stalking off to the tree where the robin was. "No more! Without thinking, the apprentice slipped out from the camp, following the robin's mocking song.

Sapphirestar tried to supress the fit of laughter that menaced to make her burst. This would be entertaining! "Meet us in the OakLand," she called after Amberpaw before turning to Autumnpaw. "Come," she mewed, getting up. The flame-pelted she-cat sheathed and unsheathed her claws before lauching into a brisk but elegant lope and trotting through the thorn tunnel. She looked over her shoulder once, to make sure Autumnpaw was following. As she passed the entrance, she broke into a blood-chilling pace, and bounded into the forest. Autumnpaw chuckled as Amberpaw so obsessively clung to the robin, who's call was getting irritating. She abruptly jumped up as Sapphirestar told her to 'come'. Autumnpaw raced after her, but soon fell behind as the leader's pace became unbearably fast. Wow! She's an amazing leader! The she-cat stared at the moving pelt of Sapphirestar in amazement and smiled. Autumnpaw was glad she had such a great leader and friend.
