A warning yowl sliced through the silent camp air, but it didn't seem to reach WindClan soon enough. By the time Brackenpaw burst into the camp, he had already seen the danger his brain had picked up by the training hollow. The badgers were already coming close to the entrance to the camp. "WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!!!" He cried, panic making his voice jump three octaves. He didn't know what else to say, and for him it really didn't matter. WindClan knew this was coming; they had felt it right after the first attack had ended. There was going to be a last battle; whether StarClan had said anything or not. It was inevitable.
With as much bravery as he could manage, the tabby apprentice placed himself firmly between the on coming danger and the nursery. Let them try to get through me. This was the position he had been given after the first badger attack, and he would be condemned to the Darkforest if he was about to let anyone get past.
[Remember, do not power play and do not kill any of the badgers. WindClan is supposed to almost be done for, then they send for ThunderClan, THEN they kick some badger butt.)

Ambertear looked up, the badgers pouring into camp. She yowled, "Brackenpaw!" As he placed himself near the nursery, and the badger came near him. She looked around, as her eyes widened with fear. She then wondered, silently to herself, if she would survive. She used her instincts, and ran over to Snowcloud, and yowled "You have to go to my den, youll be safer there. Hurry!" She nudged the elder getting him up off the ground, as she looked for more cats to herd into her den. She had a stronger barrier, made especially for occasions like this. Ambertear wanted to save the elders, and kits. They were the most important, since they could no longer defend themselves.
She thought to herself the world was going to end. She looked around, fear still clouding her eyes, as a badger came closer to her. She thought it was the end of her medicine cat life, but she had to have faith.

OOC;; For now, since neither of the other two kits are being RPed, Lighty only has one kit.
Lightwhisper snapped her head up off her nest at an apprentice's frightened yowl. "WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!!!" she heard the apprentice call. She instantly recognized the voice. "Brackenpaw!" she gasped, then stood up. She nudged Sandkit up as well. "Come on, Sandkit!" she mewed urgently into her kit's ear. "We have to get to Ambertear's den!" She stood with her back to the entrence of the nursery, knowing Brackenpaw would be guarding it. Her stance, though, was still defensive as she stood overtop of Sandkit.

Lightwhisper nudged Sandkit up. "Come on, Sandkit!" Her mother meowed urgently into Sandstorm's ear. "We have to get to Ambertear's den!" Lightwhisper told her. Her mother was standing in a protective stance over her. Sandkit nodded at her mother and mewed, "Ok, mom." She rushed out from under her mother into the nursery and to the back of the den. She looked at her mother waiting for her to come rushing after her, like she knew her mother would. "Whats happening, mom?" She asked curiously, not realizing what was really going on.

The tabby apprentice was distracted for a moment by Ambertear's statement. "Go to your den?," He inquired, his voice almost to the point where he was laughing. Brackenpaw shook his head and straightened his stance, still standing by the nursery's entrance. "I'm not a kit, you know. Apprentices can fight." He wanted to add more to what he said, but he figured that it would probably sound more rude then he intended. Go to the medicine cat's den. In the midst of a great battle? HA! It was so ridiculous to him, he almost laughed. Maybe it's because I got so messed up during the last badger attack. That thought shed a little more light on what the medicine cat was saying. However, it wasn't enough to break his concentration. I'm here for a reason. I'm not going anywhere.
Now you could see it, black and white figures peaking over the hill closest to the camp. Their eyes seemed to be gleaming with anger. And vengeance, maybe? Brackenpaw couldn't' tell from so far away. The hair along his spine began to bristle as he glared out at the approaching army. Let them try.

"What's happening, Mom?" inquired Sandkit. "Badgers," she answered shortly, following after Sandkit. She nudged her forward again, steering her towards the medicine cat den. When they finally reached it, she sat down in front of the ginger tabby kit. "You stay in here, Sandkit. If you leave here before I say you can, you may get hurt. Alot," she explained rapidly. Her ears were pricked for sound that the badgers might be coming towards the medicine cat den.

"Badgers," her mother answered, following after Sandkit. Lightwhisper nudged her forward again, steering her toward the medicine cat den. When they finally reached it, Lightwhisper sat down in front of the ginger tabby kit. "You stay in here, Sandkit. If you leave here before I say you can, you may get hurt. Alot," her mother explained rapidly. Then one of the elders came into the medicine cat's den. "What's going on?" Snowcloud asked her. "Mom says that badgers are attack the camp." Sandkit told the elder absently. Her mind was wondering off. What is going to happen to the clan? Is everyone going to be okay? Her eye's clouded with worry that most kits knew nothing about. She looked at her paws and shuffled them around the ground with her tail near them. She looked outside the den trying to see what badgers actually looked like.

From:: Training With Brackenpaw
Silkheart ran into the camp looking to see if Brackenpaw was ok. Silkheart looked back behind her. The badgers were on there way. She knew they were following her. "Get ready everyone! Protect the kits and others that can't fight!" Silkheart took her spot at the front of the camp, waiting for the badgers to come in. We can't win. It is going to be over as fast as it begins. We need help. Silkheart looked behind her. "Amberheart, bring the kits, elders, and queens to your den. Brackenpaw I have a special job for you.

[Hold off a little on sending the apprentice...if that's what you were going to have Bracken do. You need to get things settled with Flamestar before you send an apprentice (since it is mostly her decision). Plus, I want the badgers to really tear into the camp before we send off for back up.]
The tabby apprentice passed forward toward the WindClan deputy, his emerald eyes still watching the badgers slowly make their way toward the camp. "Please don't tell me you're going to make me sit out." He mused, still trying to keep up a light mood. Even with the on coming death, he still felt the need to crack jokes. "I'm not that bad of a fighter."
[bleh, no muse]

[Ok. I'll have him do something else.]
Silkheart smiled at Brackenpaw. "Now why would I do that? I need you to watch my back. My leg is still not exactly like it was before..." Silkheart trailed off. "You watch my back I watch yours." Silkheart looked at the enterance. She could smell and see the badgers coming. Silkheart froze. There were more than last time. "Brackenpaw." Silkheart whispered. "There are more than last time." Silkheart froze. Last time didn't turn out very well. And the Clan still wasn't recovered fully. Silkheart knew this wasn't going to turn out well.

[/b] the elderly tom felt color rise to his cheeks. I can fight. I may be old, but for the kit's sakes I can fight. He padded out to the front of the den to stand beside Brackenpaw. His eyes filled with cloudiness. You are close to death, but everlasting peace is waiting right around the bend, now isn't it? The tom smiled a sad old smile and nodded. He'd rather end his life and save a kit's than the other way around.[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/ul]

Sandkit watched Snowcloud walk back out of the medicine cat's den. What is he doing? She though. She may be a kit, but she is fairly smart. An elder fighting against the badgers would be right. Sandkit sighed and looked past everyone, up the clearing without leaving the den. Badgers were heading in the camp. Lots of them. They look... Horrible. A shiver ran along her spine. I may just be a kit, but I can't just sit around and be scared in a corner behind my mother. She shook her head. No, I won't. "Ambertear, is there anything I can do to help with the herbs or anything?" She asked the medicine cat. Her voice squeaked and was shrill. She didn't want to be a burden to the clan, she wanted to help somehow. And she could only think of one way to help. By helping Ambertear. The young kit looked up at Ambertear waiting to be turned down and told to stand with her mother, or ready to help if Ambertear needed any help.

Ambertear nodded to Silkheart, and glanced back to seeing Snowcloud out of her den. She growled as the badgers kept inching closer in the camp. Quickly she dashed over to the elder, and meowed, "I know you're brave, but now isnt the time to die. Don't risk your life, because you're too stubboron to stay in my den where its safe!" She glanced over at the kit who was mewing at her about helping. Ambertear at this point didnt know what to say as she meowed quickly, "Gather some of my poppy seeds, and keep Snowcloud in the den. I dont want to have an elder die on me!" She dashed off that instance looking around for more cats to save. She saw Brackenpaw fighting off the badgers still as she looked around for Basilkit. She ran to the nursery, and checked for her, but she didn't see the kit. She knew this could be the end of all the cats, but she didn't want to give up on trying to save more, at the cost of her own life.

A slender silver figure popped into the clan. She had been out hunting when she saw badgers running towards the camp. She saw all of the cats scurrying around the camp, and she noticed Brackenpaw over by the nursery with Silkheart. The badgers were pouring in, and Silverfrost knew this could turn out bad. She saw Ambertear, trying to get a stubboron elder in the den, and dashing all around the camp looking for more cats to save. Silverfrost figured she should help defend the Medicine cats den. She blocked the entrance with her furry pelt fluffed out as she prepared herself for the worst. She called to the cats in the den, "Stay in there, you guys are going to be alright." She didnt want any cat to die, but she was going to risk her life saving her clan.
